Outsourcing is nothing new, and you might even think – “How could I outsource for my business?” First, if you have no experience with outsourcing, you would be surprised how much of your daily activities you might be able to give away.

Here is your assignment – Over the next month keep a list of all the things that you do and if possible keep track of how much time you spend on each of those items. Your list might look like this.
- Upload Video
- Answer email
- Monitor reputation online
- Enter new leads in CRM
- order business cards
- edit blog post
- update homepage of website.

Each of those things are items that could be outsourced, saving you tons of time and tons of money. Don’t dismiss outsourcing it could be one of the keys to your growing business thriving in this economic downturn.
