Great comments Steve. Its very interesting to see what people are doing with their marketing these days. I see some people dropping their marketing completely, some people doubling up on their print advertisements and some people giving up the little things like openhouses. I’m still doing opens, sometimes I get one person through but all it takes is one. As far as my marketing is concerned, I’ve gone totally digital with no print ads and no flyers and I’m loving it.
